What is a Suspicion Indicator?
From every method of operation we can derive suspicion indicators.
Suspicion indicators can be defined as an indication based on known or predicted terrorist methods of operation or a deviation from a typical profile that may lead one to believe that an observed situation (persons / and or objects) may have the potential for harming the protected environment and its inhabitants.
Some would argue that a deviation from a typical profile cannot be defined as suspicious. However, terrorists and criminals who engage in hostile activities and use covers will always deviate from a typical profile.
